Goulais River, Ontario – Goulais Area Recreation INC (GARI) is looking for children’s used hockey equipment, to help families get their children involved in their hockey program.
GARI understands that sometimes the sheer cost of the equipment is what holds people back from registering their children in this fun winter sport, so they are hoping to get enough equipment to help those families out.
If you have any equipment that you wish to donate, you can call Melanie at 705-649-6258, she will be happy to meet at the rec, or come and pick it up.
Contact Melanie if you are interested in signing your child up for hockey, but do not wish to purchase the expensive equipment until you know your child would enjoy playing.
