Goulais River, Ontario – On Friday, October 30th head on over to Captain Tilley Community Centre for the Kids Hallowe’en Party from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.
There will be games and events that will be geared for kids ages 4 to 10. Come out and participate in the various events going on.
- Pre-carved family Jack’O’Lantern contest. Families are to bring their pre-carved pumpkins.
Judging for the best Jack’O’Lantern will be done at 7:30 pm.
- There will be a mad scientist performing several experiments with unintended consequences.
- Glo-stick ring toss – toss glo-stick rings onto points of witches’ hats.
- Best looking costume contest judged by age groups – 6 and under & 7 to 10 –
Judged by popularity at 7:30 pm. - Kids colouring contest and movie in the meeting room.
- Musical Chairs events
- Caramel Apple Centre
- Treat or Trunk – community members are invited to bring your decorated vehicle by 6:00pm in the
parking lot for kids to trick or treat at (You must supply the candy/treat). - Guess the Body part room
All Prizes will be awarded by 8:00 pm as well as little treat bags for every participant & FREE juice/hot chocolate and hot dogs available at the canteen. The canteen opens at 6:00 pm.
Parents must accompany their children and not leave them unattended. Some events will be outside so please dress appropriately and remember events may change due to weather conditions.
To enter the party please bring a donation of any non-perishable foods and they will be donated to the Local Food Cupboard. This is NOT a peanut-free zone.
